In 1996, he founded the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the hospital and has been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching work in acute and critical care for a long time. He first proposed the theory of "Clustered Microcirculatory Resuscitation", and under the guidance of this theory, he has been practicing "Titration Feedback Intelligent Treatment" for many years, successfully treating a large number of patients with severe sepsis, ARDS, DIC, MODS, etc. He specializes in the non-surgical and completely conservative rescue of severe acute pancreatitis, with a very high success rate and low hospitalization costs, bringing good news to patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and is well received by patients and their families. For more than 10 years, he has served as the head of the medical treatment team for the Wenzhou H1N1 influenza A, H7N9 avian influenza, Ebola hemorrhagic fever and other public health emergencies in Wenzhou, and all the patients were survived. He is the head of the medical treatment research and analysis team of Wenzhou City and Hospital for New Coronavirus Pneumonia, and is responsible for 24-hour consultation and analysis of the city's epidemic in all counties and urban areas of Wenzhou, and is directly stationed at the front line of the isolation ward to rescue critically ill patients. He mastered and applied the key pathophysiological change mechanisms of sepsis-induced microcirculatory disorders in critically ill patients with Covid-19 and the laws of critical life mechanics changes such as power, resistance, tension and pressure of respiratory circulation and the theory of clustered microcirculatory resuscitation and treatment, flexibly applied fluid resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, blood purification, resuscitation drugs and other means of life-organ rescue, seized the nodes at critical moments, made decisive decisions on non-invasive invasive ventilation He has also decisively removed the tracheal tube in many cases of critically ill patients and withdrawn the second case of ECMO in Zhejiang Province. He led the medical and nursing team to quickly and accurately treat critically ill patients with Covid-19, with a success rate of 99%, a mortality rate of 0.2% and zero infection among medical and nursing staff. Through systematic clinical observation and generalization of autopsy results of patients with Covid-19, he proposed that "the main cause of death in patients with Covid-19 sepsis is diffuse alveolar damage (DAD) combined with diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC)", which was published in the journal Biological Procedures Online in January 2021. Biological Procedures Online, which provides new expert insights into the imbalance of the coagulation system in patients with severe Covid-19 sepsis.
