III.Basic Requirements for Applicants

1. Generally, applicants should have obtained a doctorate degree for no more than 3 years, and should be under the age of 35 (disciplines with a shortage of talents and a weak strenth can implement the requirements flexibly), with excellent academic achievements and moral quality, and in good health.

2. The applicants should have certain academic standard and professional capability. Each mobile station can formulate the basic conditions for the academic standard and professional capability of postdoctoral applicants according to the characteristics of the discipline.

3. In service personnel must enter the station full-time to engage in post doctoral research.
